The winding unit 31 of the winder 3 unwinds a yarn wound on the bobbin 23 to form a package. A tray has a RF tag on which information can be recorded. The winding unit 31 has an RF reader 5 for reading the information on the RF tag. In this embodiment, the textile machine managing system applied for the winder 3 records winding information showing the winding conditions and the winding status in winding work when interrupted on its way. The textile machine managing system also controls the winding unit 31 to which the bobbin 23 is carried in accordance with the winding information for the bobbin 23 when using the bobbin 23 with its winding work interrupted on its way for restarting the winding work.
