When detecting the predetermined feature of the yarn in accordance with the yarn quality information, the managing system specifies a corresponding unit corresponding to the feature, out of roving units 33 or the fine spinning units 32. The managing system also specifies a corresponding site as a site corresponding to the feature on the corresponding unit in accordance with the yarn quality information, and estimates the condition of the corresponding site. A display 18 informs of the corresponding unit, the corresponding site, and the condition of the corresponding site.
