Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a textile machine which can quickly respond to various failures caused by abnormalities when the abnormality occurs in a tray body part where a yarn feeding bobbin is placed of a tray.SOLUTION: An automatic winder 1 is equipped with a plurality of winding-up units 4, a bobbin preparation device 2, and a tray transporting device 3 which transports a tray 7 between the plurality of the winding-up units 4 and the bobbin preparation device 2. Each of the winding-up units 4 makes an IC tag of the tray 7 store failure information when detecting a failure of an inclination of a yarn feeding bobbin due to the abnormality of a tray body member where the yarn feeding bobbin is placed in the tray 7. Further, a unit control part of each winding-up unit 4 refers to the failure information stored in the IC tag of each tray 7, and determines whether the abnormality occurs in the tray body member of the tray 7 or not.
