To provide a textile machinery which prevents tangle of a yarn end with a member near a package in the state of winding up the yarn end into a package.
A spinning frame includes: a winding drum; a cradle arm; and an air cylinder. The winding drum is rotated in contact with a package, and drives the package to rotate. The cradle arm rotatably supports the package, and can move in an approaching direction as a direction making the package approach the winding drum and a separating direction as a direction making the package separate from the winding drum. The air cylinder can apply the force for turning the cradle arm. The air cylinder includes a contact-pressure port and a back-pressure port. Air pressure is supplied to the contact-pressure port to turn the cradle arm in the approaching direction. Air pressure is supplied to the back-pressure port to turn the cradle arm in the separating direction.
