The textile with the double-layered structure in which each layer has the woven texture has cover factors CF of each layer, defined by formula: CF=(DWp/1.1)1/2MWp+(DWf/1.1)1/2MWf and different from each other, and contains a water-repellent polyester fiber comprising a polyester containing 2.0-20.0 wt.% specific modified silicone compound based on the polymer weight at least in one of the layers. The fiber product is obtained using the textile with the double layered structure.
