PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven fabric allowing high-speed weaving, and having a woven structure made different in the middle of a width direction which is the weft direction of the woven fabric, thereby having design characteristics imparted thereto in a weaving process; to provide a loom for producing the woven fabric; and to provide a method for weaving the woven fabric.SOLUTION: At least one ends A of part of weft yarns 3 are located at prescribed positions in the width direction of a woven fabric 1. The woven fabric 1 includes parts C and D where a woven structure including part of the weft yarns 3 and a woven structure not including part of the weft yarns 3 are consecutively arranged in the width direction of the woven fabric 1. There is provided a loom for weaving the woven fabric 1, including weft insertion means which, while adjusting at least the downstream-side end position of each weft yarn 3 in a weft insertion direction, can insert the weft yarn 3. There is also provided a method for weaving the woven fabric 1, including the steps of: moving warp yarns 2 up and down for shedding; while adjusting the downstream-side end position of each weft yarn 3 in the weft insertion direction, inserting the weft yarn 3 through a shed; and beating the weft yarn.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
