To provide a method for preserving a thawed state food not being restricted by a packaged state and a kind of a container in the thawed state preservation of a frozen food by using an electrode impressed with a high voltage in a thawed state preservation environment.
This method for preserving a thawed state comprises using an electrode 4 which is an electroconductive plate coated with an insulating material and having a structure of an electroconductive shelf plate connected to a high voltage cord 3 and coated by laminating an insulating plate and an insulated receiving stand, the insulating plate which has a surface of increased surface area and a shape capable of accelerating the flow of ionized air, and a thawed state preservation chamber 5 which constitutes a thawed state preservation environment, and is constructed as interlocking the opening and closing of the door with the input of a high voltage transformer by a switching mechanism so that the input of the high voltage transformer becomes OFF on opening the door and ON on closing the door.
