Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out good-quality thawing by suppressing partial perthawing which is liable to occur by high frequency heating.
CONSTITUTION: A cooling air-controlling means 18 for controlling direction of cooling air or spreading of cooling air to a material to be thawed is provided in the flow inlet 7 of chill so as to uniformly apply the cooling air to the material 4 to be thawed.
