PURPOSE: To improve profitability by detecting the start and stop of a snow fall by a snow-fall sensor while detecting the thawing capacity of a heating medium liquid and ground temperature by a return hot-water sensor and driving and stopping boiler and a pump on the basis of the result of the detection.
CONSTITUTION: When an outside-air temperature read by an outside-air temperature sensor 17 reaches a snow-fall set temperature or lower, a pump 13 is turned ON as a boiler 12 is left as it is turned OFF and an anti-freeze is circulated in a pipe 14, and a liquid temperature is equalized to soil temperature. When a snow fall is detected by a snow-fall sensor 15 and the snow-fall set temperature or lower is detected by a return-water temperature sensor 19, the state, in which snow easily falls, is decided and the boiler 12 is operated, and snow is thawed before the snow fall. When a water temperature reaches a normal set temperature or lower even when snow stops, the remaining snow is decided and the boiler 12 continues to be operated. When the water temperature reaches the snow-fall set temperature or higher even during the snow fall and when snow stops and the water temperature reaches the normal set temperature or higher, no snow fall is decided, and the boiler 12 is turned OFF as the pump 1 is left as it is turned ON. Accordingly, the boiler and the pump can be driven and stopped automatically, thus economically operating the boiler and the pump.
