PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theft prevention bolt which can be fastened at constant fastening torque by using a general purpose tool and is provided with a function to prevent theft.SOLUTION: A head part 4c of a bolt body 4 has a fitting hole 8 for fitting a screw part 6a of a screw member 6, and the screw member 6 is fixed to the fitting hole 8 by resin insert molding. Thus, it is possible to fix the bolt body 4 integrated by resin 7 to a female screw member by fastening a hexagonal head part 6b of the screw member 6 at constant fastening torque. Moreover, when loosening, only the screw member 6 comes off the screw hole of the resin 7, and in order to hold the state fixed to the female screw member, an upper part of the bolt body 4 has no part to engage the tool. As it takes time to remove the bolt body 4, it is possible to prevent theft of a key cylinder or the like to be objects to be fastened fitted to the female screw member with the bolt body 4.
