Abstract:
To obtain a medical agent capable of inhibiting propagation of oncocyte that has into a tumor and acquired resistivity to a therapy and/or killing the oncocyte and having higher selectivity than conventional agents and a composition containing the medical agent and to provide a method for inhibiting propagation of abnormal cells using the medical agent or the composition.
This medical agent is the compound represented by the formula. The composition contains the compound. The method comprises bringing the compound represented by the formula into contact with the abnormal cell overexpressing thymidylate synthase.
