To provide a therapeutic agent of central urinary disturbance, especially the therapeutic agent of the urinary disturbance associated with diseases such as Down's syndrome, cerebral infarction, after effects of encephalorrhagia and dementia.

The therapeutic agent of the central urinary disturbance contains a central choline agonist as an active ingredient. The active ingredient is selected from the group consisting of acetylcholine, a precursor thereof, and an acetylcholine elastase inhibitor, and especially preferably the acetylcholine elastase inhibitor is donepezil.
