PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide clinically and practically usable agents for use in Alzheimer's disease (AD) fundamental therapy, and further to provide therapeutic agents of neurological disorders except AD in which the dysfunction of the axon of a neuron is involved, by the application of the mechanism of action in AD fundamental therapy.SOLUTION: The agent or the therapeutic agent is an orally administered agent characterized in that diosgenin, a diosgenin derivative, and one or more compounds selected from pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are suspended in an edible oil.SELECTED DRAWING: None
