Abstract:

To provide a safe drug applicable to treatment of dysuria of female with fewer side effects.

The dysuria therapeutic agent contains silodosin or a pharmacologically allowable salt thereof or a solvate thereof as an active constituent, and is administered to a female dysuria patient, especially a female dysuria patient with disturbance of urinary collection, preferably a female dysuria patient with disturbance of urinary collection and excretory disorder, more preferably such a female dysuria patient complicated by hypotension, for instance, orthostatic hypotension.
