Abstract:
To obtain a medicine useful for treatment of keloid and/or hypertrophic scar.
This therapeutic agent comprises (±)-1-[o-[2-(m-methoxyphyenyl) ethyl]phenoxy]3-(dimethylamino)-2-propylhydrogen succinate hydrochloride of the following formula (1) as an active ingredient. It is found that the above compound which has been hitherto used as a therapeutic agent for improving symptom such as tumor or pain accompanied by chronic arterial obstruction can exhibit effectiveness excellent in treatment of keloid.
