To minimize an irradiation range by neutrons without moving a patient on a bed.
In a therapeutic device 500, a position of a bed B is adjusted based on a position of a focus. Next, an irradiation range of neutrons is adjusted to a diameter of a prescribed dimension by a beam limiting device 501. A laser pointer 520 displays an end edge position of an aperture 503 on the bed B as an irradiation mark M. A doctor or the like draws the irradiation range by the neutrons on a bed surface with a washable marker pen according to a displayed shape. The doctor or the like lays down a patient P on the bed B while viewing the drawn irradiation range, sticks, onto the bed surface of the irradiation range by the neutrons, a body close to the focus, and irradiates a body close to the focus from below the bed B. The neutrons are shielded by blades 502, passes through the aperture 503, and are irradiated to the patient P. Thereby, a minimum range of an affected part of the patient P can be irradiated with the neutrons, and the irradiation range is displayed as the irradiation mark M not to mistake the irradiation range.
