Abstract:

To provide new sequences for use in detection, diagnosis and treatment of cancers (especially lymphomas).

Cancer-associated (CA) polynucleotide sequences whose expression is associated with cancer are provided. CA polypeptides associated with cancer that are present on the cell surface and present new therapeutic targets against cancer are also provided. The invention relates to G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) sequences. In addition, diagnostic compositions and methods for detecting cancer are provided. Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies specific for the CA polypeptides are provided. Diagnostic tools and therapeutic compositions as well as methods for screening, preventing and treating cancer are also provided.
