Abstract:

To provide a medical composition for suppressing the stenosis or restenosis after the injury of a blood vessel or suppressing or reducing the reorganization of a blood vessel after the injury of the blood vessel in a mammal host, and a kit.

In the method for suppressing the stenosis or restenosis after the injury of the blood vessel in a mammal host, a therapeutically effective dosage of a spermatid agent and/or cytoskeleton inhibitor is administered to the mammal host in order to biologically stent the blood vessel having received injury. In the method for suppressing or reducing the reorganization of a blood vessel after the injury of the blood vessel, an effective amount of the cytoskeleton inhibitor is administered to the mammal host. Further, the medical composition comprising this treatment agent and the kit are provided.
