PURPOSE: To obtain the compsn. having the whole light transmittance and haze thereof little dependent on temp. and having excellent impact resistance and the like by using predetermined amts. of a specific polymer having a multilayer structure and a specific polymer.
CONSTITUTION: This compsn. comprises a predetermined amt. of a polymer having a multilayer structure comprising as the basic structural units a predetermined amt. of an innermost layer polymer having a given glass transition temp. (Tg) and obtd. by polymerizing predetermined amts. of (A) a 1-4C alkyl methacrylate, (B) a 1-8C alkyl acrylate, (C) an arom. vinyl monomer, (D) a polyfunctional monomer and (E) an arbitrary grafting agent, a predetermined amt. of a first interlayer polymer having a given Tg and obtd. by polymerizing predetermined amts. of the components (B), (C), (D) and (E) and an arbitrary monomer having a copolymerizable double bond, a predetermined amt. of a second interlayer polymer (X) obtd. by polymerizing predetermined amts. of the components (A), (B), (C) and (E) and a predetermined amt. of an outermost layer polymer having a given Tg and obtd. by polymerizing predtermined amts. of the components (A), (B) and (C), and having a given latex particle size in an X stage; and a predetermined amt. of a polymer prepd. mainly from methyl methacrylate.
