Title:
THEREMOSENSITIVE TYPE FLOW RATE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01150818
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To satisfactorily detect a flow rate without deteriorating high measuring sensitivity and responsiveness which a miniature thermosensitive resistor has by providing a heat sensitive resistance at a prescribed position in the flow direction by a lead whose heat capacity is small. CONSTITUTION:A pair of leads 7a, 7b are provided linearly on both end parts of a thermosensitive resistor 3 so that both its ends are projected, and hold the resistor 3, and also, connected electrically. Two pairs of supporting members 8a, 8b and 9a, 9b hold both ends of the lead 7a and 7b, respectively, and also, connect them electrically and held on a base part 2 so as to go to a connecting body of a bridge circuit together with the lead 7a and 7b. In such a way, as for the resistor 3, both its ends are not influenced by a flow since holding force is applied in the linear direction of the lead 7a and 7b, respectively, and it is held at a prescribed position against the flow direction. Also, as for the connecting part of the resistor 3 and the leads 7a, 7b, only dead weight of the resistor 3 is applied as tensile force by holding, therefore, peeling off in the connecting part is not generated.
