Abstract:
To provide a thermal analysis data processing device and a thermal analysis data processing method capable of accurately detecting an inflection point temperature from thermal analysis data of various substances.SOLUTION: A thermal analysis data processing device for processing thermal analysis data of a sample, includes: a condition setting unit for setting a detection condition of an inflection point temperature by carrying out machine learning of teacher data including known data which is known thermal analysis data, and a correct temperature which is an inflection point temperature specified in advance in the known data; and a temperature detection unit for detecting an inflection point temperature from the thermal analysis data of the sample according to the detection condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
