Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically select a suitable radio communication means when starting a communication application such as electronic mail or file transfer.
SOLUTION: This device is composed of a first table 129 for previously defining the judgement factor to be regarded important out of plural judgement factors corresponding to respective plural communication applications, a second table 131 for presetting data corresponding to the plural judgement factors corresponding to respective plural radio communication means (radio base stations) and control means (119, 135, (141)) for acquiring the judgement factor regarded important while referring to the first table 129 in response to the activation of the communication application and for determining the radio communication means to be connected while referring to the second table 131 on the basis of the acquired judgement factor.
