Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal decomposition furnace having a simple and economical structure to prevent occurrence of clinker, bridge and a flat hole so as to generate high quality fuel gas efficiently.SOLUTION: A thermal decomposition furnace 100 comprises a combustion space 20 for storing organic waste I to perform a thermal decomposition of it; combustion means including an air supply pipe 21, a heater 22 and an air feeding pipe 23 for feeding hot air heated by the heater to the combustion space; an agitating machine 27 for agitating organic waste thermally decomposed; and an inner lid 24 for reducing volume of the organic waste stored in the combustion space 20 through depression of its own weight, the heater 22 in the combustion space 20 heats air supplied to the air supply pipe until the organic waste stored in the combustion space 20 is ignited, and after that, a power supply is shut off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
