Abstract:
To prevent a material to be treated changed into a thermal decomposition furnace from being softened, fused and stuck to an inner wall even at the time of increasing the heat transmission surface temperature of the thermal decomposition furnace, to substantially improve a heat transmission coefficient inside the thermal decomposition furnace and to miniaturize the thermal decomposition furnace.
The material 2 to be treated supplied from a storage device 4 and granular solids 5 supplied from a granular solid storage device 6 are dried while being mixed by a preliminary drying treatment device 7. Then, they are changed into the thermal decomposition furnace 8 to apply a thermal decomposition treatment thereto.
