Abstract:

To provide a thermal expansion vinyl chloride resin material that can effectively exhibit functions of blocking flame and smoke even in a low temperature region, is expanded to be an expanded body with superior caking power, shape retention and mechanical strength, and can impart water resistance to a product thereof, and a thermal expansion sheet including the same.SOLUTION: A thermal expansion vinyl chloride resin material contains a vinyl chloride resin blended with a plasticizer for the resin, a thermal expansion graphite with an expansion start temperature of 180-240°C, at least any component selected from a group consisting of zinc metal, zinc oxide, zinc carbonate, zinc chloride and iron chloride, and a compound having an amino group. Caking power of an expanded body obtained by heating the resin material at 800°C is 1.0 kgf or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
