As a constitution of the thermal fuse for the temperature-rising heater, a cord formed in which lead wires of a plurality of thermal fuse main bodies and a plurality of respective heat-conducting wires are coupled in series alternately, a fluorine-based tube to cover the cord, sensor lead wires joined with the heat-conducting wires of the cord, and a fluorine-based heat-shrinkable tube to cover the covered part of the fluorine-based tube and the sensor lead wires are installed.
