Abstract:
To defrost frozen food, and to heat retort food in place of an electronic oven and an electric heater at the occurrence of a disaster and a power interruption in the other case, and to provide a heat insulation space for heating and defrosting the retort food by using a heat insulation block of charcoal ignition means.SOLUTION: A heat insulation block aggregate includes a horizontal heat insulation member having a heat resistance plane formed of a heat resistance heat insulation member, and a heat insulation case member formed of the heat resistance heat insulation member, and having a heat resistance side face. In a multifunctional cooking apparatus, an internal space for accommodating food therein is formed of the heat insulation block aggregate including the horizontal heat insulation member having the heat resistance plane formed of the heat resistance heat insulation member, and the heat insulation case member having the heat resistance side face formed of the heat resistance heat insulation member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
