PURPOSE: To form a thermal insulation device, which insulates infrared as well as ultraviolet, and which is of high insulation effect, by connecting a thermal insulation sheet comprising four layers with each other through the coating of the outside of a resinous insulation plate that is stored in the device.
CONSTITUTION: A thermal insulation sheet 1 is installed on the outside of a thermal insulation plate 6, and a battery 7 is stored in the thermal insulation sheet. The thermal insulation sheet 1 is composed of a first layer comprising urethane resin, vinyl chloride resin, and titanium oxide, a second layer of aluminum, a third layer of polyester resin, and of a fourth layer of fabric of chemical fiber, or of nonwoven fabric. When the thermal insulation sheet 1 is used, it is installed in such a way that the first layer is situated outside. The thermal insulation sheet 1 is installed on the outside of the thermal insulation plate made of polypropylene resin, and is thus completed. Namely, by installing the thermal insulation plate 6 provided with the thermal insulation sheet 1 on the battery 7, the battery of thermal insulation structure is completed.
