Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation material high in adiabaticity and strength and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is used a manufacturing method of a heat insulation material including a process for making a xerogel bead hydrophilic by a surface treatment, a process for blending the hydrophilic xerogel bead with a monomer liquid of a first resin composition having difference of solubility parameter with xerogel bead of more than 3 (cal/cm), dispersing and curing the same to manufacture a resin cured article with xerogel bead dispersed, a process for pulverizing the first resin cured article to manufacture a composite heat insulation filler having at least one or more xerogel bead in a pulverized article piece and a process for blending the composite heat insulation filler with a monomer liquid of a second resin composition having difference of solubility parameter with xerogel bead of more than 5 (cal/cm), dispersing and curing the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
