SOLUTION: The thermal insulation system for a building comprises an internal wall 120 enclosing an internal space of the building, an external wall 110 arranged on the outside of the internal wall 120 spaced by a predetermined distance away from the internal wall 120, an air flowing region 150 having a space formed between the internal wall 120 and the external wall 110, and air flowing region dividing members 157 which divides the air flowing region 150 into a plurality of air flowing compartments 150a to 150d.
