Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the thermal inversion type transfer-printing cloth capable of printing a picture pattern on cloth to be transfer-printed of dry transfer- printing cloth, in relatively simple operations comprising pressing and heating, extremely large in a masking force, and excellent in fastness such as abrasion, washing, light and heat resistances, and resistance to sublimation during storage.
CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the thermal inversion type transfer- printing cloth comprises forming a peeling resin layer 2 on a substrate 1 such as a high quality paper sheet, forming a desired shape picture pattern layer 4 containing the mixture of a a pigment with a polymer resin on the formed substrate sheet 3, forming a white-masking layer 5 containing the mixture of white pigment with a polymer resin on the whole surface of the picture pattern layer 4, forming an adsorbing layer 6 containing the mixture of powdery active carbon with a polymer resin on the whole surface of the formed white masking layer 5, forming a heat-resistant elastic layer 7 comprising a polymer resin on the whole surface of the formed adsorbing layer 6, and furthermore forming an adhesive layer 8 comprising a thermoplastic polymer resin on the whole surface of the formed heat-resistant elastic layer 7.
