Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a good polymerization condition of a thermosetting resin at the time of the heating of a casting mold in such a state that the monomer of the thermosetting resin is interposed between a glass base material and the casting mold.
CONSTITUTION: In the thermal polymerization of a molded composite optical part, a casting mold is heated at an initial heating speed of 90-110°C/5min and subsequently held to 100-110°C to complete polymerization.
