A first to fourth terminals 4b, 5b, 6b, 7b are drawn out from a housing 3 made of synthetic resin, and a trimetal piece 8 is displaceably arranged (rockable) inside the housing 3, and the fixed end of the trimetal piece 8 is conducted to the first terminal 4b. Furthermore, by conducting the tip part of a narrow part 10 formed on the fixed end side of the trimetal piece 8 to the second terminal 5b, a current fuse is formed between the first terminal 4b and the second terminal 5b. Then, because a movable contact point member 9 installed on the free end side of the trimetal piece 8 is made to be positioned between the first fixed contact point 6a installed at the third terminal 6b and the second fixed contact point 7a installed at the fourth terminal 7b, and the trimetal piece 8 is inversed at a prescribed temperature, this device is constituted so that the conduction state between the movable contact point member 9 and first and second fixed contact points 6a, 7a is switched.
