Abstract:
To provide a thermal recording material having an excellent image light resistance and color developing properties.
In a method for producing the thermal recording material prepared by coating on a support a diazonium salt compound and a coupler emulsifying agent which is developed by reacting with the diazonium salt compound, the coupler emulsifying agent consists of a hydroxycoumarine type coupler compound emulsifying agent with the emulsifying particle diameter of the emulsifying agent of not less than 0.3 μm and a pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidinedione type coupler compound emulsifying agent with the emulsifying particle diameter of the emulsifying agent of below 0.3 μm.
