In a thermal recording material equipped with the resin layer in which an ultraviolet absorbing agent is packed, the intermediate resin layer is formed to be of a surface oil degree 0.1-1.0m. liter/m2 by a water base coating agent added with pigment of 30-150m. liter/100g oil absorption.
