Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a thermal screen printing base plate composed only of a thermoplastic resin film and fitted to plate making using a thermal head.
CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing member 10" whose thickness is 80-200% of that of a screen-printing base plate is provided to the head part of the screen printing base plate 10 composed of a thermoplastic film alone and subjected to plate making by an automatic plate making machine or to plate making printing by an automatic plate making press. It is especially effective that the screen printing base plate has a roll shape and it is also effective that a reinforcing member is provided to the base plate in the lateral or longitudinal direction thereof.
