Abstract:
To provide a thermal spray apparatus and thermal spray control method, capable of reducing the complexity of thermal spray work and improving the safety of the work.SOLUTION: A thermal spray apparatus includes: a thermal spray machine including a thermal spray torch for thermally spraying a material on a base material; one or more peripheral devices used with the thermal spray machine; and an integrated control panel capable of collectively operating the thermal spray machine and the one or more peripheral devices. A thermal spray control method performed by the thermal spray apparatus including the thermal spray machine, the one or more peripheral devices used with the thermal spray machine and the integrated control panel comprises collectively controlling the thermal spray machine and the one or more peripheral devices by the integrated control panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
