Abstract:

To provide: a thermal spray material which is capable of reducing unevenness of coating film hardness in a thermal spray coating film, thereby improving a coating film hardness and achieving excellent separation resistance; the thermal spray coating film which is formed using the thermal spray material; and a structure which is provided with the thermal spray coating film.

A thermal spray material contains 50 mass% or more of iron, 0.20-0.33 mass% of carbon and 0.28-1.2 mass% of copper. The thermal spray coating film is formed using the thermal spray material which contains 50 mass% or more of iron, 0.20-0.33 mass% of carbon and 0.28-1.2 mass% of copper. The structure is provided with: a base; and the thermal spray coating film which is formed on the base using the thermal spray material that contains 50 mass% or more of iron, 0.20-0.33 mass% of carbon and 0.28-1.2 mass% of copper.
