Abstract:
To satisfactorily form a sacrifice anode layer by welding on a heat exchange panel of an open rack-type heat exchange device.SOLUTION: A thermal spraying method of an open rack-type heat exchange device (ORV1) includes a step of performing thermal spraying for spaying a thermal spray material on the surface of a heat exchange panel 3, and a step of performing blasting for spraying a blast material on surface of the heat exchange panel before the thermal spraying. In a heat dissipating fin 22a being adjacent to an abutment fin 23 coming in contact with an adjacent heat transfer pipe 2, an angle θ for spraying the blast material and the angle θ for spraying the thermal spray material to a specific fin surface 221a directed to the abutment fin side are made 20 degrees, or are determined in a range of 20 degrees plus 20 degrees or less and 20 degrees minus 10 degrees or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
