Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dispersibility during paper making and to improve water resistant power and ink retentivity without void at the time of printing by adopting extrafine fiber of specific single fiber size and extrafine fiber having single fiber size of a specific value or less with specific value or less of mean size of the fiber.
SOLUTION: The thermal stencil printing tissue sheet comprises extrafine fiber A1 of 0.01 to 0.2 denier of single fiber size made of hard soluble thermoplastic resin in alkaline water solution and hard soluble thermoplastic resin in alkaline water solution so that total sum of extrafine fiber A2 having a single fiber size of 1/5 or less of mean size of the fiber A1 and single fiber size of 0.02 denier or less of 20 to 90 wt.%. A ratio (A1/A2) of the fiber A1 to the fiber A2 in terms of the number of the fibers is 2/1 to 1/2. Further, the fibers for constituting the tissue sheet therebetween are adhered with hard soluble thermally adhesive resin in two types or more of alkaline water solution at a difference of melting points by 30°C or more. Thus, dispersibility and ink retentivity at the time of sheet forming are improved.
