PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal stratification type air conditioning system which achieves sufficient energy saving at cooling time in summer, which performs heating and air conditioning uniformly without temperature and humidity unevenness while suppressing generation of cold air accumulation at foot by suppressing cold draft by operating the air conditioner with the same air amount as that of summer at heating time in winter, and which can utilize a floor space efficiently to a maximum.SOLUTION: A loop duct 2 is disposed so as to form a closed loop as a whole at a setting height level H in a perimeter zone which becomes a boundary with the outside of a building 1. A mist spray nozzle 10 is provided by inclining toward the upper part of an indoor side immediately above the loop duct. An air conditioner 4 in which a cooling coil for cooling air and a hot-water coil for heating air are incorporated and which sends air for cooling/heating to the loop duct 2 via a supply duct 3 is provided at a lower part of the loop duct 2. An air blowout nozzle is inserted and disposed at a lower surface of the loop duct 2. A return air port 6 is disposed at a level lower than the loop duct 2 so as to suck the air in the building 1 into the air conditioner 4.
