To provide a thermal transfer reflector for excellently transferring one point decoration without contaminating an body to be dressed of a clothing material or the like during thermal transfer working.
The thermal transfer reflector is provided with: a thermal softening resin layer 11 supported on a support sheet 11; a transparent minute sphere 13 layer burying a part in the thermal softening resin layer 11; a transparent resin thin film layer 14 comprising a cross-linking resin having a higher softening temperature than the softening temperature of the thermal softening resin layer 12 on the transparent minute sphere 13 layer, or not having clear thermal softening; and a thermal melting adhesive layer 16 covering the transparent resin thin film layer 14.
