Abstract:
To provide a thermal-transfer sheet and a printed matter that enable wiping off of ink and allow easy visual check of concealed characters, etc.SOLUTION: A thermal-transfer sheet has a base material, and a first transfer layer and a second transfer layer provided in surface sequence so as to be peelable from the base material. The first transfer layer satisfies (condition A), (condition B), (condition C) and (condition D), and the second transfer layer satisfies (condition B) and (condition E). (Condition A) Containing at least any one of a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyester, an acrylic resin and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. (Condition B) Containing 20-60 mass% of a coloring agent with respect to the total amount of a solid content. (Condition C) Containing 70 mass% or less of an acrylic resin with respect to the total amount of the binder solid content. (Condition D) Containing 0 mass% or more and less than 5 mass% of wax with respect to the total amount of the binder solid content. (Condition E) Containing 5 mass% or more and less than 90 mass% of the wax with respect to the total amount of the binder solid content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
