Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high output by reducing a load on a fan motor and enable installation while saving a space even when a long motor shaft is used in thermal treatment equipment in which the fan motor having the motor shaft inserted through a through hole penetrating through a furnace wall of a heat insulating furnace is installed outside the heat insulating furnace.SOLUTION: In thermal treatment equipment, a motor shaft 12 is protruded from one end surface of a motor portion 11. The motor portion 11 is fixed to outside of a heat insulating furnace 100, and the motor shaft 12 is inserted through a through hole 1011 formed on a furnace wall 101 of the heat insulating furnace 100. A flow control member 25 is provided between one end surface of the motor portion 11 and an outer surface of the furnace wall 101 of the heat insulating furnace 100 and on the inner side of a position of an outer peripheral end of the one end surface in the radial direction of the motor shaft 12. The flow control member 25 guides air outside the heat insulating furnace 100 into the heat insulating furnace 100 via the through hole 1011.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
