Abstract:
A heat treatment device (10) comprises: a furnace (12), a circulation fan (22), a heat resistant filter (14), and a hot air distributing plate (16). The hot air distributing plate (16) is arranged between the heat resistant filter (14) and a work (18). The hot air distributing plate (16) allows a hot air volume supplied to the work from a first side greater than a hot air volume supplied to the work from a second side on a top surface of the work (18) while allows a hot air volume supplied to the work from the second side to be greater than a hot air volume supplied to the work from the first side in an underside of the same work (18). The purpose of the present invention is to provide the heat treatment device capable of uniformly heating the work with a simple configuration without enlarging a heat treatment space to treat the work.
