Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance safety, and increase a permissible current value by continuously coating a fuse core by an insulator in a state where a wire conduction body to be fused at a predetermined temperature or more and an insulator wire to shrink in a same length direction therewith are intertwined mutually.
SOLUTION: A thermal wire fuse is formed by continuously coating a fuse core by an insulator in a state where a wire conduction body to be fused at a predetermined temperature of more and a insulator wire to shrink in a length direction at a predetermined temperature or more are intertwined mutually. Also, in the thermal wire fuse, the fuse core is formed by mutually twisting a wire conduction body and an insulator wire. Also, in the thermal wire fuse, the fuse core is formed by laterally winding the insulator wire continuously on the wire conduction body.
