To prevent damage or deformation of an electrode which results from a return operation of a displacement member.
A thermally actuated switch includes: a displacement member which is held by a housing so as to be recessed relative to the interior of the housing and displaces so as to protrude relative to the interior of the housing according to temperature changes; a first electrode having a first contact point provided in the housing; a second electrode having a second contact point which is provided between the displacement member and the first electrode and brought into contact with the first contact point biased to the displacement member side; and a pushing member which is provided between the displacement member and the second electrode so as to extend to the first electrode, of which one end part is pushed when the displacement member displaces to the protruding state so as to push the first electrode to separate the first contact point from the second contact point, and the other end part protrudes to the exterior of the housing and is pushed from the exterior of the housing to the displacement member side so as to push the displacement member without contacting the first electrode to return the displacement member to the recessed state.
