Abstract:
To provide a thermally conductive molded product having excellent thermal conductivity.
The thermally conductive molded product in which carbon fibers are oriented in a specified direction in a matrix, is characterized in that the ratio [I(002)/I(110)] of the diffraction peak intensity I(002) in the (002) plane of carbon to the diffraction peak intensity I(110) in the (110) plane of carbon in an X-ray diffraction diagram, when the carbon short fibers are irradiated with X-ray along the oriented direction, is ≤10.
