To provide a composition for forming a thick acrylic thermally conductive sheet having high thermal conductivity, to provide the thermally conductive sheet obtained from the composition and to provide a method for producing the thermally conductive sheet.
The composition for forming an acrylic-based thermally conductive composition, contains (1) a thermally polymerizable binder component containing (a) at least one (meth)acrylic monomer or its partially polymerized polymer and (b) a thermal polymerization initiator as indispensable components, and (2) a thermally conductive filler, the composition including the thermally conductive filler in an amount of 30-90 vol% of the acrylic-based thermally conductive composition.
