Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of properly orienting a thermally conductive filler without affecting the hardness of a sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermally conductive sheet 1 which comprises silicone and a thermally conductive filler, wherein the thermally conductive filler contains a first thermally conductive filler 4 consisting of a carbon fiber and a second thermally conductive filler 5 consisting of plate-like alumina, the first thermally conductive filler 4 and the second thermally conductive filler 5 are oriented almost in the thickness direction, the total content of the first thermally conductive filler 4 and the second thermally conductive filler 5 is 40 to 70 vol.% and the content of the first thermally conductive filler 4 is larger than content of the second thermally conductive filler 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
